Job Description




Tekkie Town is seeking to employ a Replenishment Analyst who is a data-driven individual with a passion for optimizing stock levels and ensuring products are always available to our customers. As a Replenishment Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain, ensuring that our stores are always well-stocked with the right products at the right time. You will analyze sales data, forecast demand, and collaborate closely with various teams to maintain optimal inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities



Proactively monitor and analyze inventory levels across all distribution channels, utilizing advanced planning tools and methodologies to maintain optimal stock levels. Develop accurate demand forecasting, model stock setting and continuously refine forecasting models and model stocks to improve accuracy and inform purchasing decisions. Generate purchase order quantities for suppliers based on replenishment plans, ensuring timely and efficient stock delivery Track key performance indicators and report accordingly. Work closely with operations, marketing, warehousing, and logistics teams to ensure alignment on product availability, promotional plans, and supply chain strategies. Identify and troubleshoot issues related to inventory discrepancies, supply chain bottlenecks, or system errors. Propose and implement solutions to improve replenishment processes and overall supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications



Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience



1-3 years of experience in a replenishment, inventory planning, demand forecasting, or similar analytical role, preferably within a retail or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment. Proven experience working with large datasets and advanced planning systems. Familiarity with supply chain best practices and inventory management principles. Solid knowledge of inventory management techniques. Familiarity with retail operations and the challenges of managing product availability. Understanding of statistical forecasting methods and their application. Awareness of market trends and their potential impact on demand. Understanding of supply chain lead times and constraints in an apparel retail or FMCG business Exceptional ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop solutions. Understanding of replenishment and forecasting software (e.g. JE, Oracle, JDA, or similar ERP/MRP systems). Strong skills in Google Suite including sheets (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, advanced formulas). Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker Studio or similar). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences. Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
