To maintain, receive and action repair jobs for Fluid Technology
Key Duties:
Mediate, summarise, gain consensus, and focus to initiate customer service action.
Integrating customer process to optimise interdependence between and within division and functions.
Ensure total participation and create synergy between diverse customer views and intentions.
Provide team processes for thinking beyond the obvious.
Maintain focus on process and customer outputs.
Provide context, information and structure for customers.
Receive all hydraulic repair units.
Take photos of the repair unit.
Open Job Folder on share drive.
Open strip report for the workshop.
Create job folder.
Issue job card to repairs workshop.
Stamp all hydraulic repair repairs with unique job number.
Issue jobs to Repairs Workshop.
Open Jobs on K8 for jobs to be issued to workshop.
Add New Job to Job Register.
Archive all documentation pertaining to the repair job.
Liaising And Follow Up With branches.
Assisting Branch with creating SJ Codes.
Always Adhere and Follow Relevant SHEQ Policies and Procedures.
Assist stores with receiving of stock.
Assist stores dispatching of the stock.
Requirements
Minimum 1 Year experience stores environment
Familiar with engineering systems
Grade 12
Previous experience would be an advantage
Must be computer literate (K8 / excel / word)
Engineering background
Excel
Kerridge System
Product knowledge in BMG products
Data Processing
