Repair Shop Assistant Automotive
Job Description
Our workshop in Boksburg, Gauteng is looking for a RSA Mechanic.
MUST have a valid South African driver's license and at least 5years
mechanical experience on light passenger petrol and diesel vehicles.
Applicant who has previously worked in an aftermarket service environment
such as BOSCH, e-Cars, Car Service City, Car Care Clinic etc. will be given
preference.
Requirements:
Must be NON-Qualified
Must have knowledge on a wide range of vehicles. BMW, Toyota, VW,
Hyundai, Ford etc
Be able to work independently without supervision, be driven,
reliable and proactive
Carry out service and repairs to the highest standard within the
required standard industry flat rates
Computer diagnostic a must
Team Player and great communication skills
Must be fluent in English
Writing and reading skills
Must be of sober habits
No Criminal record
Reliable and honest
Troubleshooting skills
Great at fault finding
Good traceable references
Start Date: 8 September 2025
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 07:00-17:30
Sat 07:30-13:00
Please note that there will be a training period of 3 weeks which will be in Durban, Kwa-Zulu Natal which is mandatory. All costs related to this will be covered by the company.

Pay: R10000,00 - R12000,00 per month
