What We'll Bring: About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity to join TransUnion as a Consumer Services Assistant on an initial 12-month fixed term contract to play a key role in supporting our Consumer Services Team to provide exceptional customer service and fraud prevention advice to consumers across the United Kingdom.
We will provide full training to all new starters and support you throughout, so experience we are looking for can be varied.

What You'll Bring: Day-to-Day you will: xe2x80xa2 Answer queries regarding credit score and affordability via email xe2x80xa2 Assist victims of fraud in the process of protecting their information xe2x80xa2 Produce hard copies of individual credit reports xe2x80xa2 Provide information about available online services xe2x80xa2 Log credit data disputes and complaints and give updates on the process xe2x80xa2 Help consumers to achieve a better understanding of the credit industry in the UK Skills and experience you will have: xe2x80xa2 Excellent listening and communication skills xe2x80xa2 Experience of working in a call centre or other customer-driven environment desirable xe2x80xa2 Good IT knowledge xe2x80xa2 Experience of working with sensitive information xe2x80xa2 Ability to adapt to changes according to the business needs of the company xe2x80xa2 Understanding of the banking or credit referencing industry desirable, but not essential xe2x80xa2 Fluent English, written skills xe2x80xa2 Ability to work well within a team and communicate with other departments

Impact You'll Make: 1. Analyze and process complex consumer files received from various internal / external business partners with prompt solutions. 2. Provide ongoing support for fraud processing including: Customer Support and Special Investigations (CSSI) and specialized fraud case management. 3. Collect and distribute data to law enforcement for cases involving fraud where an investigation has been started. 4. Answer and respond to incoming calls and written inquiries from consumers and customers providing prompt resolution to escalated inquiries such as: consumer disputes, fraud resolution, and identity theft for (minors/adults). 5. Analyze consumer contact data and report error trends to management.
