Rental Sales Agent
Job Description
An international Real Estate Agency has a vacancy for a Rental Sales Agent.
Liaise with the Maintenance Manager.
Show vacant units to prospective Tenants and answer information regarding the property.
Review applications and other documentation.
Prepare Lease Agreements.
Provide information about the neigbourhood and community features.
Maintain rental inventories.
Conduct background checks on pospective Tenants.
Interview prospective Tenants.
Will be responsible for working in the Pretoria Old East area.
Previous working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Sales Agent.
Previous experience in Rentals would be an advantage.
Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
Matric.
Ability to work in a target driven environment.
Must be fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
Must have a valid drivers licence and own vehicle.
