A leading and well-established Real Estate Agency in Centurion needs an experienced Estate Agent to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible to secure new rental properties and build the sales property profile. Benefits includes a company car (work purposes), cell phone (work purposes) and fully furnished office. Minimum Requirements: Valid Driverxe2x80x99s License (code 8) Completed Intern/Full Agent FFC Live in or very close proximity to Centurion Main duties and responsibilities: Build and grow the property sales division xe2x80x93 both domestic and commercial Grow and secure new rental properties xe2x80x93 both domestic and commercial Arrange photo taking for marketing purposes and identifying problems maintenance wise and follow up with Maintenance Co-Ordinator in office Advertise property on PropControl & putting up boards every Friday and take down every Monday. Arrange show houses of rental or sale properties Arrange and attend viewings of properties with the potential clients (no potential client views alone) Negotiate and extend rental contracts with Tenant and Landlord Checking and timeous reply to all incoming emails relating to marketing. Renumeration - Choose between 2 options: Basic salary with a lower commission structure (will be given advertising boards & business cards), OR No basic salary with a higher commission structure (will not be given advertising boards & business cards but need to purchase that yourself from the supplier of choice for the Agency).
