ROLE FOCUS
We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Agent, ideally between the ages of 30 and 39, who is dynamic, self-motivated, and results driven. The successful candidate must be willing and able to work after hours and on weekends, as this forms an essential part of the role and our commitment to client service excellence.
The Residential Property Agents core responsibility is to generate and retain rental business within the companys portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:

• Proactively sourcing new landlords and securing rental mandates.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing landlords.
• Effectively marketing and filling rental vacancies to minimise downtime.
• Delivering responsive communication and consistently high service standards.

This is a performance-driven role focused on portfolio growth, client retention, and the efficient management of vacancy periods.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Matric (Grade 12) essential.
• Minimum of 3 years proven experience in residential rental property placement and/or management.
• NQF4 and PDE4 real estate qualifications preferrable.

REQUIREMENTS

• Property rental experience is essential.
• Own vehicle and valid drivers license (non-negotiable).
• Must be willing and able to work after hours and weekends.
• Responsible, self-managed, and proactive.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident, well-presented, and results oriented.
• Must reside in Boksburg/Benoni/Edenvale/Kempton Park.
