Job Summary Rental Manager Position Available | Tshikuta Properties Tshikuta Properties is seeking an experienced and dynamic Rental Manager to lead our rental division and ensure exceptional service delivery to both landlords and tenants. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee daily operations of the rental department. * Manage and support a team of rental agents and admin staff. * Source, secure, and onboard new rental listings. * Ensure timely placement of qualified tenants. * Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with legal and company standards. * Liaise with landlords and tenants regarding maintenance, lease renewals, and escalations. * Handle disputes and escalated issues professionally and efficiently. * Ensure all leases, documentation, and legal requirements are accurate and up to date. * Prepare monthly performance reports and occupancy statistics. * Ensure adherence to the Rental Housing Act and all relevant regulations. Key Competencies: - Strong customer service orientation - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Skilled in negotiation & conflict resolution - Able to manage multiple priorities under pressure - Strategic thinker with initiative Requirements: ~ 3-5 years proven experience in property rentals or real estate management ~ Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities ~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ~ In-depth understanding of rental legislation and tenancy processes ~ High attention to detail and strong organizational skills ~ Proficiency in property management systems & MS Office ~ Valid driver's license and own transport ~ Valid FFC (preferred) Salary: o Negotiable | Based on skills and experience How to Apply: o Send your CV to:
