Job Summary Intro Real Estate is looking for a motivated, sales-oriented Rental Agent to join our dynamic Rentals Department. In this role, you will drive rental income by securing new rental mandates, placing qualified tenants, and maintaining high property occupancy rates. Your proactive approach, strong communication skills, and attention to detail will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: Prospect, cold-call, and network to secure rental mandates. List properties, conduct viewings, vet applications, and facilitate tenant placements. Manage re-letting of previously rented properties. Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with lease agreements, FICA, and legal requirements. Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems. Requirements: Minimum Grade 12 (Matric). Previous experience in property rentals or real estate preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
