Our well established agency is seeking a detailed-oriented, professional, and proactive Rental
Office Administrator to join our property management team. The successful candidate will play a
key role in ensuring the smooth running of our rental operations. Responsibilities include
managing day-to-day rental administration, coordinating communication between agents,
tenants, and landlords, and providing vital support to the property management team.

Key Responsibilities
? Maintaining the online rental database
? Manage tenant vetting, onboarding, and communication
? Collection of accounts and invoices
? Capture and reconcile rental payments
? Coordinate with landlords, tenants and agents
? Assist with arrears management, reporting, and general office administration
Requirements
? At least 1-3 years' experience in a rental or property admin role will be advantageous
? High standard of attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
? Professional presentation and customer service orientation
? Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills
? Working knowledge of PayProp, REOS, RedRabbit,Property Inspect and Google Docs
will be great.
? Self-motivated, takes initiative and is comfortable working within a growing team.
? Own transport advantageous
