This role provides critical support to the sales team by helping develop client proposals, delivering tailored presentations, and clearly explaining the technical capabilities of renewable solutions.. Additionally, the role helps improve negotiations and contract closing, creates quotes and proposals, and plays an active role throughout the sales process, from lead generation to finalising contracts.
Minimum Requirements
B. Eng / B.Sc (Engineering) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
1 to 3 years minimum - Solar or Electrical Engineering experience
Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
Proficiency in
energy modeling software
(e.g., HOMER, PVSyst, RETScreen) and
design tools
like AutoCAD or equivalent will be beneficial
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist team members with sales support, including development of client proposals and pitch mechanics.
Delivering sales presentations to clients, including designing and development of presentations.
Improve negotiations and contract closing by providing support to the Sales Team.
Liaison with and co-ordination of clients, external professionals and consultants.
Clearly articulate technical capabilities of the products, attend and/or perform technical demonstrations.
Create quotes and sales proposals on behalf of the Sales Team.
Partner with the sales team to generate leads.
* Accompany sales representatives during the entire sales process, from RFI/RFP to contract negotiation and closing.
