PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The purpose of this position is to manage all remuneration, benefits and HR data analytics practices within Pepkor Speciality, including the ownership of Payroll.
The successful candidate will lead a team, who will ensure that the approved employee benefits are delivered to all Pepkor Speciality employees and he/she will take accountability for the full payroll function of the group to ensure that the employees and relevant third parties are accurately and timeously paid according to a contractual agreement and specific procedures and legislation.
This position reports to the Chief Executive: Human Resources.
Qualifications
Grade 12 with a B.Com degree or a relevant/similar qualification
SARA registered Reward Specialist will be an advantage
