We have an excellent, fully remote (in SA) opportunity for a creative, data-driven Mid-Weight Video Content Creator/Digital Marketer to drive B2B digital campaigns for a leading UK-based health supplement brand.This UK importer of nutritional health foods and supplements is seeking a Video Content Creator/Digital Marketer to lead and execute digital campaigns across social media, email marketing, and the brand website.This role is key to building awareness, trust, and customer engagement, while ultimately generating demand in a fast-evolving natural health space. A strong focus will be placed on educational storytelling and video content creation.You'll primarily work on a leading plant-based nutritional supplement brand whose mission is to educate and empower customers to make informed health choices.   • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns that promote the brand products, brand values, and educational content.
  • Own the campaign calendar across all digital platforms, ensuring alignment with product seasonality (e.g. gut health in January, immune support in winter),
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, nutrition, and operations teams to align digital efforts with Key Account promotional calendars
Video Content Creation (Health Education Product Benefits Focus)
  • Produce engaging short- and long-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and website.
  • Create video series or explainer content that helps demystify and educate supplement use, gut health, and product benefits in simple, credible, and visually appealing formats.
  • Write scripts, storyboard, film (mobile or DSLR), edit, and publish video content in line with brand tone-scientific, supportive, and accessible.
  • Collaborate with health experts, influencers, or nutritionists for on-camera content.
Social Media Management
  • Manage the brand's social media presence with a focus on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Create a balance of educational, inspirational, and promotional content that resonates with health-conscious UK audiences.
  • Track engagement, monitor wellness trends, and adapt content accordingly.
Website & eCommerce Coordination
  • Regularly update the Shopify-based website with new landing pages, blog articles, and educational resources.
  • Use SEO best practices to optimise pages for search (gut health, probiotics, omega oils).
  • Monitor web performance using GA4 and adjust content or structure based on traffic patterns and conversion data.
Email Marketing & Customer Engagement
  • Plan, build, and send email campaigns that support product launches, promotions, or health education themes.
  • Use segmentation and automation to personalise messages for different audience groups (e.g. new customers vs. returning).
  • A/B test subject lines, content formats, and CTAs to improve open and conversion rates.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Measure the impact of campaigns using digital analytics dashboards.
  • Present monthly reports and insights with recommendations for improvement, focusing on video engagement, social growth, and email conversions.
  • Use customer feedback and behaviour data to inform future content and product positioning.
RequirementsThe successful candidate must have/be:
  • Industry relevant qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably within the health, wellness, or FMCG sectors.
  • Video creation, editing & design: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, Descript etc.
  • Email marketing: Klaviyo or similar; segmentation, automation, A/B testing.
  • Web & CMS: Shopify experience is a plus but can be picked up.
  • Social media tools: Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Analytics: GA4, Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Hotjar.
  • Project management: Asana or equivalent.
  • Demonstrable skills in video content creation, especially educational or lifestyle-oriented formats.
  • Strong knowledge of digital content best practices for SEO, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills; capable of managing multiple campaigns at once.
  • Passionate about natural health, wellness trends, and communicating complex information clearly and ethically.
