With a strong reputation for quality, compliance, and customer service, we're now looking to expand our reach through successful tendering at local, state, and federal levels.

The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced

Tender Writer

to work closely with our Commercial Manager to identify, prepare, and submit winning tenders and proposals. You'll play a key role in growing the business by helping us secure long-term contracts with government agencies, councils, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify relevant tender opportunities (government and private sector) Project-manage the end-to-end tender process Write clear, compelling, and compliant tender responses Liaise with internal stakeholders (commercial, operations, compliance, safety) to gather accurate content Customise and refine responses based on each tender's criteria Maintain a library of templates, case studies, accreditations, and reference material Work to tight deadlines and ensure high-quality, timely submissions

About You

Proven experience in writing and winning tenders (ideally in pest control, facilities management, cleaning, security, environmental, or construction services)
Strong understanding of tendering requirements and processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to interpret scope, compliance, and evaluation criteria
Detail-oriented with great time and project management skills
Able to work independently while collaborating with internal stakeholders
Knowledge of compliance, WHS, and insurance requirements for commercial tenders (country/state-specific requirements will be taught)

Bonus Points For

Experience using portals for tendering Familiarity with ISO accreditations, risk management frameworks A degree qualification is preferred
