We are now looking for a
highly organised and proactive Scheduling Assistant
to join our remote operations team. This is a full-time subcontractor role ideal for someone with a background in customer service, admin, or job scheduling who can thrive in a flexible and supportive environment.What We Offer:
Full-time role, Monday to Friday Fully remote working environment Subcontractor arrangement Competitive base pay with bonus and commission incentives
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule jobs for technicians across Australia efficiently Respond to inbound calls and assist with customer inquiries Manage calendars and coordinate availability with technicians and sales teams Update job information and notes accurately in the CRM Confirm bookings, reschedule as needed, and communicate with clients Escalate urgent or high-priority issues to management when necessary
Key Requirements:
Native or fluent English is essential Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills Previous experience in scheduling, administration, or customer care (preferred) Strong attention to detail and time management skills Reliable internet connection and solid computer proficiency Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Shift Information:
9-hour shifts (including 1-hour break) Shifts run between 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM (AEST)
