US Central Time (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective and existing customers by phone to promote and sell products Handle inbound and outbound sales calls during business hours (8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday-Friday) Engage with decision-makers using strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills Identify customer needs and offer the best value through pricing, discounts, and bundled solutions Address customer questions and effectively overcome objections Prepare, send, and follow up on quotes, proposals, and sales literature Close sales while maintaining professionalism and respect for customer rights Update and maintain accurate customer records Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales goals Attend weekly meetings and deliver sales updates or presentations Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards Accurately record leads, sales activities, and transactions Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Previous experience in sales or customer service (phone or in-person) preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing, engaging personality with a passion for helping customers Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities Strong typing skills and proficiency with PCs and sales software Fluency in English is required; Spanish fluency is a plus
