Position Overview
As a Sales Representative at Offer Out, you will play a vital role in driving our growth by identifying and acquiring residential properties for investment. This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of building lasting relationships with property owners. You will be responsible for managing the entire acquisition process, from initial outreach to closing, ensuring both efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct sales calls with leads to build relationships and advance sales.
Manage leads through various channels, including cold calling, SEO, PPL, and more.
Build rapport with property owners and present offers.
Conduct market research and property analysis to assess acquisition opportunities.
Collaborate with team members to strategize and achieve monthly acquisition goals.
Manage and update leads using CRM software to ensure timely follow-ups and accurate documentation.
Schedule and conduct appointments, negotiating win-win solutions for all parties.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
Strong phone skills with the ability to set and close appointments.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Experience using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
Compensation
Base Salary: $22,500/ Annually
10% Commission Per Closing
(Avg Deal Size $2,500)
(Avg 2-3 Contracts Week)
10% commission on closed deals

40-hour work week
Monday to Friday
8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST
