We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Payroll & HR Manager to support our U.S. operations in Wisconsin and Minnesota. This individual will manage key HR functions such as payroll processing, job postings, benefits administration (including insurance), onboarding, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time for employees in Wisconsin and Minnesota and Philippines.
-Coordinate with payroll providers and ensure compliance with state and federal tax laws.
-Maintain employee records, timekeeping, and wage data.
-Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee payroll inquiries.
-Job Postings & Recruitment Support
-Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and documentation of employment changes
-Coordinate enrollment and changes for health, dental, vision, and other employee benefits.
-Maintain and update benefit records and coordinate with insurance brokers or providers.
-Maintain digital employee files and records in accordance with state and federal labor laws.
-Ensure company compliance with employment laws and HR best practices in Wisconsin and Minnesota.
Candidates must have a minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources/payroll.
Must be familiar with U.S. labor laws, FLSA, and employee benefit requirements.
This is a fully remote role, with all communication via email, video call, and company platforms.
Must have access to a secure and reliable internet connection and availability during U.S. Central Time business hours.
