Role Summary:
Our client's parent company is seeking a tech?savvy, detail?oriented Strategy & Operations Manager to support the CEO and leadership team in driving key initiatives forward. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems, enjoys working cross?functionally, and is eager to grow with the company as we scale.
The Strategy & Operations Manager will help track key performance metrics, coordinate projects, and streamline processes across departments. This person will play a vital role in connecting strategy to execution--ensuring that initiatives stay on track, information flows smoothly, and systems are optimized for efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
KPI Tracking & Reporting
Assist in monitoring and reporting company KPIs across Sales, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and Service.
Build dashboards and weekly performance summaries for leadership.
Highlight underperformance or bottlenecks and help coordinate solutions with department managers.
Project Coordination
Support cross?departmental initiatives such as software rollouts, vendor cost reduction efforts, and process improvement projects.
Track timelines, deliverables, and action items to keep projects moving forward.
Provide clear updates and documentation for the CEO and leadership team.
Systems & Process Optimization
Help implement and maintain tools like Fishbowl MRP, , CRM systems, and reporting dashboards.
Identify ways to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and improve team efficiency.
Serve as a "super?user" for business software and assist teammates in leveraging tools effectively.
Business Insights & Analysis
Partner with Finance and Sales Ops to analyze performance metrics, pricing impacts, and margin trends.
Contribute to reports for leadership and the parent company on operations and growth initiatives.
Collaboration & Growth
Work closely with all department leads to align efforts and maintain momentum.

Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in business operations, strategy, project management, or a related role.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Extremely tech?savvy -- comfortable with tools like , ERP/MRP software (Fishbowl a plus), Google Workspace, and Excel/Sheets.
Excellent communication skills, able to summarize complex information clearly.
A collaborative mindset with the drive to support multiple teams.
Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, or supply chain businesses is a plus, but not required.
