This client is seeking an exceptional part-time Executive Assistant (+-4 hours a day), to support their executive team of four people whilst championing their client experience through strategic relationship management. This unique role combines high-level executive support with creative client nurturing, delivering what we call "unreasonable hospitality" - going above and beyond to create unforgettable client experiences. This position reports directly to the CEO with dotted-line relationships to the COO, CRO, and CTO. The successful candidate will work closely with account management teams and have budget authority for client experience initiatives. This is a fully remote role for a candidate that resides in Cape Town or Johannesburg.
Responsibilities:
Executive Support (40%)
Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination for four C-suite executives
Prepare briefing documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings
Handle confidential correspondence and communications
Coordinate board meetings, investor relations, and strategic planning sessions
Manage expense reports, invoicing, and administrative tasks
Client relationship management (50%)
Develop and execute personalised client nurturing strategies for 60 key accounts
Plan and coordinate memorable client experiences including:
Bespoke digital and in-person events
Thoughtful gift programmes and seasonal gestures
Personalised digital content and communications
VIP experiences and exclusive opportunities
Maintain detailed client profiles including preferences, important dates, and relationship history
Monitor client engagement and satisfaction, escalating opportunities to executives
Collaborate with account teams to ensure seamless client experience
Track and measure the impact of relationship-building initiatives
Strategic support (10%)
Anticipate executive needs and pro actively address challenges
Research and analyse industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities
Support special projects and company initiatives
Maintain confidentiality whilst facilitating effective communication across the organisation
