Engineering Lecturer / Tutor (Mechanical / Aerospace)

iLearn Engineering is a UK based

online engineering college

providing a diverse range of accredited online engineering courses across all the major engineering disciplines. We offer online engineering courses and qualifications at levels 4, 5 and 6 aligned to the Framework for Higher Education in the UK.

We operate asynchronous learning allowing students to work in their own time and pace, via bite-size learning steps utilising a combination of reading, videos and worked examples.

Due to our expansion we are now seeking an experienced Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering Tutor.

About the Job

No formal class teaching required, however a small amount of remote one to one student support will be expected via email, telephone or video call.

The role will require you to provide the following activities:

Developing new course Unit Specifications Developing New Course Learning Material Developing new assignments Marking assignments Providing remote individual tutorial support when requested Updating and refining existing learner material, resources and assignments
We are looking for candidates that have experience teaching/assessing in further/higher education institutes in the following engineering disciplines:

Mechanical Aerospace General Engineering

About the Right Candidate

You

MUST

have:

experience teaching either Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering either at at college or university an engineering Bachelor's degree or higher degree good level of digital / IT skills
