Job Summary Camuso CPA (Forbes 2025 Best-In-State Top CPA) is hiring a full-time Digital Asset Accountant to join our South Africa team. We serve high-net-worth crypto investors, DAOs, NFT projects, DeFi users, and Web3 startups. This role offers rare hands-on exposure to crypto reconciliation, on-chain tracing, and multi-wallet cleanup work. You'll handle high-volume crypto data, categorize transactions across CEXs, DeFi, NFTs, staking, and bridges, prepare reports using CoinTracking/Koinly/Cryptoworth, and support accounting tasks in Xero, QuickBooks, Stripe, Shopify, Amazon, and Google Sheets. All new hires begin with internal cleanup and QA to validate accuracy, reliability, and communication. Requirements: Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (or final year), strong attention to detail, fluent English, ability to follow SOPs, familiarity with crypto (wallets/exchanges), comfort with large datasets, and ability to work full U.S. EST hours 6am to 3pm (1pm-10pm SA). Bonus: SAICA/CPA, Web3 experience, personal crypto use. Success = accuracy, timeliness, clean documentation, responsiveness, and consistent work quality.
