Join our fast-growing relocation company and play a key role in helping corporate clients manage their employee mobility needs. As a Relocation Manager and Sales Specialist, you will be at the forefront of developing our business, building strong client relationships, and delivering seamless local and international relocation services.
Your Responsibilities:
Sales Prospecting & Business Development: Identify, qualify, and engage potential corporate clients (local and international)
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for new and existing clients, understanding their needs and customizing relocation services accordingly.
Solution Presentation: Present and adapt service proposals that address client requirements, including moving, settling-in, and destination services.
Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations through to signed agreements
Account Management: Develop and retain a portfolio of active clients, including key accounts, with regular performance reviews and satisfaction checks.
Performance Tracking: Monitor the delivery and success of relocation services, providing regular activity and performance reports.
Strategic Contribution: Collaborate with leadership to refine and implement sales strategies based on market insights.
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in the relocation, removals, or tourism sectors, with a proven background in sales and client service.
Strong knowledge of corporate relocation services, both domestic and international.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a consultative approach.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects, balancing attention to detail with long-term relationship development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
English fluency: additional languages are a plus.
