Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of inbound tour consulting experience

Passion for service excellence and guest satisfaction

Knowledge of South Africa, Southern, and East Africa preferred

Willingness to assist, learn, and grow within the role

p
Understanding of travel industry channels and business strategy

p
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

li
p
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively

Proficiency in Tourplan, Microsoft systems, and WETU
/p
/li
li
p
Excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of urgency

Self-motivated with diligence to meet deadlines
