Reliability Engineer

Job Description
As a Reliability Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring product durability, safety, and reliability. You will leverage your extensive experience in Environmental, EMC, and Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT) to assess and optimize product performance. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for reliability and safety.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and manage environmental, EMC, and HALT testing to evaluate product robustness.
- Develop and execute test plans and protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Analyze data, identify trends, and report on product performance and reliability metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and recommend improvements.
- Develop strategies for risk mitigation and enhancement of product reliability.
- Maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures and results.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety and quality standards.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in environmental, EMC, and HALT testing.
- Proven track record of driving product reliability and performance improvements.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Passionate about safety, performance, and reliability.
