Job Description


Job Summary Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure accurate, timely processing of payroll for our account team.
  • Lead the recruitment process, ensuring alignment with both BPO and company values, expectations, and requirements.
  • Act as the main point of contact between client representatives and our in-house teams, fostering a strong client relationship.
  • Consistently monitor and report on key metrics and deliverables, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
  • Address and manage any challenges or discrepancies related to mobility, payroll or recruitment, ensuring swift resolution and clear communication.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • A Qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in Payroll Outsourcing and Recruitment, preferably within a BPO setting.
  • Proven track record of managing high-profile client accounts.
  • Strong understanding of best practice of Global Corporations, with experience working with such clients being a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
