Relationship Manager Property Lending Cape Town
A well-established financial institute looking for a Relationship Manager to source new clients and to grow the current book. Must have Commercial Lending / Property Lending experience.
Salary: CTC Negotiable depending on experience.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric, with BSC Property Studies with Honors; or B COM/Financial Qualification with Honors
Minimum 5 years' experience in the financial sector / banking industry with property lending/ commercial lending experience.
5 + Years New Business Development experience
Financial modelling & analysis.
Negotiation Skills.
Business management skills.
Client and staff management skills.
Strategic focus towards achieving goals and targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advance).
