Regulatory Specialist
Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with up to 3-5 years of post articles experience. Apply if you are passionate about enhancing business performance and expanding your skill set.
Job & Company Description:
The ideal candidate should be able to assist in the management of the specialised services teams, on all aspects of financial reporting, including working directly with customers to ensure their structures are run efficiently in compliance with the relevant laws and contractual obligations. They would need to ensure reporting complies with entity and statutory requirements including local law, relevant GAAP, IFRS and other reporting principles. The Regulatory Specialist will be responsible for Pillar 3 reporting, Basel 3 and 4, market risk and liquidity. They need to have management experience and be able to work well under pressure.
Education:
- Qualified CA(SA)
- 3-5 years post articles
- Banking experience
- Annual financial statements
- Group reporting
- Management accounts
- Consolidations
- VAT and tax
