We are looking for suitably qualified candidates to work during our registration period . These will be contract roles for the following vacancy:

Registration Support Centre Agents (Fixed -Term Contract).

Duties and Responsibilities

Calling students to come and register Calling students to follow up on documents Data capturing Assessing completeness of a registration Assisting students to register

Competencies required:

Good interpersonal skills Must be methodical/systematic Experience in Word & Excel essential Driver's license and own transport essential Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and telephone manner Superior organisational and administrative skills Best suited to a service-oriented person Friendly, presentable, organised and able to work well under pressure High Initiative Excellent follow up skills

Minimum Education requirements:

Minimum of Grade 12/Matric Diploma (NQF 6) is advantageous.

Minimum Work Experience requirements:

A minimum of 1-2 years relevant (Reception/Admin) working experience. Must be computer literate (Word & Excel)
