The appointed Registered Nurse / Staff Nurse will, as part of the care team be responsible for:
1. The ongoing holistic assessment of residents, including physical, mental, and social wellbeing.
2. The planning, implementation, and monitoring of person-directed care plans for all residents within Kidbrooke Place, whether performed personally or indirectly.
3. Consulting with and coordinating the multidisciplinary team members when reviewing resident care plans.
4. Management of and participation in the teams delivering care in a 24/7 environment.
5. Executing duties and responsibilities according to his/her professional scope of practice, including but not limited to:
a) Accurate reporting and record keeping as per company policies and legal requirements
b) Medication management as per script and regulations
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure, while remaining composed and compassionate
