Key Responsibilities

IV Therapy Administration:

Safely and efficiently administer intravenous (IV) therapy to clients in our Revive Lounge or at their chosen locations. Ensure all procedures adhere to clinical best practices and company protocols.

Client Interaction & Relationship Building:

Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for every client. Build lasting relationships, understand client needs, and tailor services accordingly.

Product Marketing & Upselling:

Educate clients about mobivIVe's range of IV therapy products and wellness solutions. Confidently upsell additional products and services to enhance client outcomes.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation. Manage appointment scheduling, inventory, and other administrative tasks as required.

Reporting:

Provide regular feedback and reports to the business owners regarding client feedback, sales, and operational matters.

Requirements:

experience:

Minimum 4 years' experience as a Registered Nurse, with proven IV administration skills.

Education:

Registered Nurse qualification and current registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).

Skills:

Excellent IV placement skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Professional, friendly, and client-focused attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Other:

Valid driver's license and own reliable transport (for mobile visits). Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
