Description
- Organize patients file for the day
- Allocate and record all procedures and transactions on the computer
- When necessary take phone call for scripts ensuring the correct dosage, drug requested is correct according to file
- Keep Doctorxe2x80x99s consulting and procedure room fully stocked clean and tidy
- Allocate blood results, x-ray results, and specialist reports to patients file for the Doctor to sign and follow up
- Order medication, medical supplies, check expiry dates, file invoices
- Completed insurance medical to be Photostatted and processed to the accounts department
- Collect specimens from doctorxe2x80x99s rooms/in trays. Label correctly, complete blood forms and deliver to laboratory
- At night and Saturday ensure Doctors rooms and sluice rooms are clean
- Switch off computers in ECG rooms
- Book appointments on the system if necessary
- Qualified Registered Nurse
- Valid SANC registration
