Registered Nurse – Medical Ward 2 Hospital Group (klerksdorp)
Job Description
Ensure that health care is provided to all patients according to company policies, procedures and standards.
To plan, organise, and ensure the control of all activities within the position's framework, and ensure that staff adhere to the company's policies, procedures, and standards.
Ensure that all relevant documentation is administered according to standard operational procedures.
Ensure that skills development plans are in place for staff and that continuous training is provided according to need.
Ensure that all quality standards and control measures are known and that it is adhered to.
To contribute actively to teamwork and ensure the efficiency of the team continuously.
To be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have a general nursing diploma or degree.
Must be registered with SANC.
The candidate must be willing to work shifts in accordance with the requirements of the Unit.
Psychiatric experience will be an advantage.
