Registered Nurse - Geriatric Care Facility - SedgefieldJob SummaryAs a Registered Nurse at our clients geriatric care facility, you will provide high-quality nursing care to elderly residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Your role will include assessing, planning, and implementing individualised care plans, administering medication, and monitoring patients' health conditions. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care and promote a safe, comfortable environment for residents. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to elderly patients, including administering medications and treatments. Monitor residents' health conditions and respond to changes or emergencies. Develop and update individualized care plans based on residents' needs. Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Educate residents and families about healthcare management and wellness. Ensure compliance with health regulations and facility policies. Qualifications: SANC Registered Nurse (RN) . Experience in geriatric or long-term care is preferred. Strong communication and compassionate care skills. Fluent in Afrikaans! Benefit: Accommodation is included
