Job Summary
Rondebosch Heart Centre is seeking
professional Registered Nurses
to join ourCoronary Care Unit (CCU)
. This role is best suited to nurses passionate aboutCardiac and Critical care nursing
within a specialist private healthcare environment.Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Diploma in General Nursing
OR
BCur / B-NursingRegistered with SANC as a Professional Nurse (RN)
Current, valid SANC registration
Willingness to workrotating shifts, nights, public holidays and weekends
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Post-Basic Diploma in
Critical Care Nursing (Adult)
(advantageous)1-2 years' experience
in ICU, High Care, or Cardiology Experience in: Cardiac & continuous ECG monitoring Ventilator and hemodynamic monitoring ICU & CCU patient management Emergency response and code management Ability to function as aShift Leader
Mandatory Certifications (Non-Negotiable)
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
ECG / Cardiac Rhythm Interpretation
Basic Arrhythmia Management
Newly Qualified RNs
Newly qualified Registered Nurses wishing to enter
CCU nursing
