We are seeking a compassionate and professional

Registered Nurse

to provide high-quality healthcare services within a retirement estate environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to resident call-outs, conducting health assessments, managing a regular blood pressure clinic, and supporting doctors during their rounds and more. This role requires a proactive, empathetic individual who values working with the elderly and is committed to promoting their wellbeing and independence..

Minimum Requirements:

3-6 years' experience in a leading role in a ward. Must be registered with the relevant authorities. Must perform all duties required in the scope of practice for a Registered Nurse. Experience in Geriatrics, Orthopaedics, Neurology, Rehabilitation and wound care would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the ward. Work with multi-disciplinary team. Assist Doctors on rounds and execute all request. Conduct routine and ad hoc health assessments, including vitals signs monitoring and chronic condition evaluations. Prioritize the residents needs and care. Comply with all company policies, procedures and internal control. Ensure cost effective nursing care. Respond promptly to resident call-outs for medical assistance or support Operate a scheduled BP (blood pressure) clinic and document findings appropriately. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all residents. Liaise with residents, their families, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care. Provide health education and wellness advice tailored to the needs of elderly individuals. Identify and act upon any signs of deterioration in residents' health. Adhere to clinical and ethical standards in line with professional nursing regulations.
Requirements:

Registered with the Nursing Council Able to take charge of general ward Must perform all duties required in the scope of practice for a Registered Nurse. Experience in Geriatrics, Orthopaedics, Neurology, Rehabilitation and wound care would be an advantage. Good knowledge of medicines Must be able to function under pressure and in an emergency situation Able to manage staff
