Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join a specialised Cardiac ICU unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive, holistic nursing care to patients and their families, while coordinating patient management within a multi-disciplinary healthcare team.
This role requires the application of professional nursing principles, critical thinking, and patient-centred care, ensuring each individual is supported physically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Requirements
- Registered with SANC as a Professional Nurse
- 3-6 years' active ICU trained experience within the private sector (essential)
- 3-4 years ICU shift leader experience within the private sector (advantageous)
- Strong ability to liaise effectively with doctors and other healthcare professionals
