We are seeking Registered Mental Health Nurses who are passionate about providing exceptional patient care in a dynamic and rewarding setting. Our ideal candidates will be adept at managing a diverse caseload and possess a deep understanding of mental health conditions. Key Responsibilities: - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient care. - Provide support and education to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to tailor care plans. - Administer medications and monitor their effects. - Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality. - Stay current with best practices in mental health care. Minimum Requirements: - Registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANCA) or Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). - At least 2 years of professional nursing experience, specifically in the field of mental health. - Proven ability to handle sensitive information discreetly. - Clear criminal and credit check. Additional requirements: - valid passport - if successful you will be required to pass the IELTS English exam - contactable references Preferred experience: - Advanced communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong clinical skills with the ability to work independently. - Experience in crisis intervention.
