Regional Shop Manager

We're looking for a Regional Shop Manager to take ownership of our Brackenfell branch, leading the team, driving sales, and ensuring our customers enjoy an exceptional shopping experience every time.

Requirements

Female candidate, warm & energetic.

Proven experience in retail or customer sales management (minimum 3-5 years). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to product quality and service excellence. Proficient in stock control and system-based inventory management. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Valid driver's licence and reliable transport. Non-smoker

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations and visual presentation of the Brackenfell shop. Lead, guide, and motivate the shop team to achieve targets and maintain high morale. Monitor team performance and implement improvements where needed. Maintain product quality standards and ensure efficient stock requests, transfers, and replenishments. Accurately capture and update stock information on the system. Uphold company policies, operational standards, and brand values at all times. Perform general administrative tasks to support smooth shop operations.
