Your Purpose...
To support new Sales Consultants in the region to be successful in achieving their goals with the delivery of formal and one to one training on the key fundamentals that support sales success.
To create, arrange and deliver formal and on the job sales training that is aligned with the sales strategy that will support our Sales Consultants/Sales Associates and Sales Managers in the basic sales fundamentals that are key to being successful in their role on a day to day basis.
Your Duties and Responsibilities...

Facilitate Sales Academy with all new
Manage the Bridging Course with the Sales
Keep close to the SC's performance in their first 3 months - report risks to Regional Head of Sales and National Sales Team.
Deliver practical refresher programs - formal and on the job - as directed by the Regional Head of Sales and National Sales Team.
Manage the implementation of Weekly Sales Training.
Provide feedback reports on everyone follow up points to the Sales Manager, Regional Head of Sales and Area Sales Manager.

Create world-class sales training material that is specific to the sales training strategy.
Plan and communicate sales training for the region. This includes arranging logistics around the training programs.
Facilitate sales training based on specific requirements highlighted by National Sales Training Manager
Uphold the sales training against world class standards.
Manage and report on sales training.
Work together with Area Sales Manager to create personal development plans for sales management.
Manage and report on the implementation of Sales Managers and Sales Consultant development programmes at individual level.
Showcase success stories on relevant platforms.
Create, arrange, and deliver formal and on the job coaching and training including product.

Matric qualifications are essential
Relevant tertiary qualification preferred.
Must have been a successful Sales Manager for a minimum of 2 years in the Health Club industry or similar environment.
Previous training and/or facilitation experience
Must have experience as a Virgin Active Master Trainer
Portray a coaching leadership style through influencing Sales Manager to drive performance effectively.
Ability to work on tight deadlines.

YTD Successful Track record of LOS 1-3
Well curated creative plan for each sale month for training and activity
Use of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Knowledge on sales fundamentals that support success.
The ability to build and maintain rapport with the key customers and identify new opportunities for improvements and enhancements.
Successful track record with Virgin Active or similar environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in arranging and communicating
