We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused
Regional Sales Specialist
to drive vehicle sales across a designated region. This role involves building strong relationships with dealerships, corporate clients, and fleet buyers, while meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to increase vehicle sales and market share
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with dealerships, businesses, and government clients
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and sales strategies
Coordinate with marketing and aftersales teams to support regional campaigns
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
Requirements:
Proven experience in automotive or vehicle sales (regional or territory experience preferred)
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Matric required; relevant diploma or degree in Sales/Marketing/Business is advantageous
