BSH Home Appliances (Pty) Ltd has a vacancy for a Regional Sales Representative for Limpopo/ Mpumalanga and Surrounding Region.

Objective of the position.

Responsible to represent the interests of BSH towards customers.

Reach at least defined targets under consideration of resources.

Promote and sell BSH products.

Minimum Requirements

Matric and a relevant sales qualification (E.g., IMM certificate, diploma, or degree).

Minimum 5 years' experience in home appliance sales (B2B), ideally in premium/luxury segments.

Strong selling, influencing, and communication skills with professional presentation.

Solid business acumen, including computer literacy and technology understanding.

Preferably knowledgeable about the industry and BSH product range.

Charismatic, well-groomed, and aligned with BSH's brand and team culture.

Willing to travel frequently with overnight stays; must have a valid driver's license.

Comfortable consulting with high-level clients and working independently.

Job Profile Summary

The Regional Sales Representative will be on the road three weeks per month, covering Limpopo, Mpumalanga, and surrounding areas.

They will implement BSH's sales strategy and drive regional business development.

Regular customer visits, events, and training sessions will be essential to build loyalty and brand presence.

The representative will manage orders, monitor KPIs, and support supply chain and credit processes.

They will ensure high standards at point-of-sale locations and execute marketing campaigns.

Gathering and sharing market intelligence with internal teams is a key responsibility.

Strong product knowledge, sales excellence, and professional communication are required.

The role demands independence, resilience, and a passion for premium home appliances.
