What You'll Do:
? Drive Franchise Growth: Identify, engage, and onboard high-potential franchise partners across the region
? Boost Sales Performance: Support and develop franchise teams to achieve sales targets and business goals
? Market & Strategy Insight: Analyse market trends and competitor activity to develop winning sales strategies
? Lead & Coach: Provide ongoing mentorship and leadership to branch owners and sales professionals
? Relationship Building: Strengthen ties with franchisees, clients, and strategic partners to ensure long-term success
? Reporting & Analysis: Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback to optimize results
What We're Looking For:
? Proven experience in real estate sales, franchise development, or a similar leadership role
? Strong people leadership, mentoring, and team development skills
? Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
? Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the Gauteng real estate landscape
? Highly organized, analytical, and self-motivated
? Comfortable with travel and engaging with diverse teams across the region
? A valid driver's license is essential
