Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and drive sales performance across our retail network. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing store operations, optimizing sales strategies, and ensuring alignment with company goals. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of area/store managers across the assigned region
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
Drive retail excellence through merchandising, customer service, and operational execution
Monitor sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective action
Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews
Recruit, train, and develop high-performing retail teams
Collaborate with head office teams (marketing, supply chain, HR) for alignment
Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior retail operations or regional sales management role
Proven track record in driving retail sales and managing large store networks
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
Excellent analytical, planning, and communication abilities
Ability to travel extensively within the region
Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Business, Retail Management or equivalent is advantageous
Must have own vehicle
Contract Terms:
Initial 6-month fixed-term contract
Performance-based consideration for permanent employment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to R22000,00 per month
