Job Description

Job Summary Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager or Dealer Principal, specifically in a Commercial | Heavy Vehicle Dealer environment
  • Degree or Diploma in Business Management | Marketing Management or similar will be advantageous
  • Proven track record of achieving Sales Targets
  • Good business acumen with the ability to Analyse market trends | Competitor activity | Customer segments and Forecasting
  • Ability to Develop and Implement Regional Sales Strategies | Manage and Support Dealer Network | Financial and Asset Control | Brand ambassador for the Manufacturer
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Contactable references and payslips required on requesr
Salary Structure:
  • Annual salary package from R 700 000, negotiable based on experience
  • Additional commission earnings
  • Benefits including Medial | Provident | Company Vehicle | Fuel | Cellphone
