Clover is looking for a results-driven, highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join the Masakhane/Emerging Market team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in sales, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and a passion for driving business growth through acquiring new accounts and maintaining relationship. The successful individual will be responsible for optimising sales and growing the Masakhane General Trade in the assigned region.
Minimum Requirements
Degree
Experience in working with senior management
People management experience
Business English: Fluent
Computer literacy (Intermediate)
Code 08 Driver's license
Travel off-site/overnight stay
Duties and Responsibilities
Maximise sales & develop the Emerging Markets customer base.
Provide input into the development of the Emerging Markets growth strategy
Coordinate the execution of the sales plan for Emerging Markets
Ensure implementation of pricing structure for route teams
Manage fixed costs
Facilitate growth of Principal product sales.
Manage Staff
Train and develop route teams and measure performance.
Manage and measure performance.
Set route teams sales targets and drive their achievement
Coordinate the effective use of tools and devices
Conduct meetings and ensure effective communication with all
Control overtime
Coordinate stakeholder relationships.
Solve customer related issues and queries
* Ensure sound communication between all supporting departments.
