Our client is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join the East London team,
xc2xb7 Development of service station business plans in conjunction with retailers
xc2xb7 Execution of business plans and monitoring of achievements with corrective action to ensure achievements in line with key performance indicators:
o monthly calls in line with agenda
o sales target achievement against sales budge
o optimal resource allocation
xc2xb7 Provision of market intelligence to management and point of contact for retailers on operational issues
xc2xb7 Dealer Compliance in line with organisational and regulatory requirements:
o Payment for product in line with police
o Customer Service Agent and image stewardship evaluation
o Dealer Satisfaction Index / Relationship Management via Retailer surveys
xc2xb7 Dealer support
o training and subject matter expertise on process and standards
o accurate wet stock management
o Corrective action in conjunction with maintenance and logistics teams as required
Requirements
xc2xb7 Grade 12
xc2xb7 Higher Certificate / National Diploma / Degree
xc2xb7 3-5 years customer account management experience in fuel / related industry
xc2xb7 Un-endorsed drivers licence
xc2xb7 Customer Relationship Management experience from the fuel industry / related
xc2xb7 Intermediate computer literacy in Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
xc2xb7 Knowledge of SHEQ and regulatory requirements within the fuel / related industry
