Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Lead the full pre-sale, sale, and post-sale process



Guide and mentor the Sales team to ensure consistent revenue growth



Prepare accurate proposals and costings, manage sign-off and compliance



Conduct site inspections and tender-related investigations



Collaborate with Ops, Retention, and Marketing to grow market share



Maintain and interpret data from Sales Portal and Qlik Sense



Drive customer engagement and build lasting relationships with key decision-makers



Deliver quarterly productivity reports and sales forecasts



Oversee mobilisation and implementation of newly secured contracts



Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent



Minimum 5 years' proven sales experience



Minimum 5 years' experience in Cleaning/Hygiene or a similar industry



Own reliable vehicle essential



Demonstrated people management experience



Key Skills & Competencies



Excellent selling, negotiation & presentation skills



Strong financial and costing acumen



High attention to detail and ability to handle complex proposals



Strategic thinker with results-driven mindset



Stakeholder influence and team leadership



Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
