We are seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales operations in the Cape Town region. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy:
Develop, implement, and execute regional sales plans to meet or exceed sales quotas in the Cape Town region.
Dealership Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealerships and distributors in the Western Cape, ensuring alignment with company standards and performance objectives.
Team Leadership:
Lead, train, and inspire a regional sales team to achieve consistent results and deliver exceptional service.
Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities, and analyze competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Customer Relationships:
Build and sustain professional relationships with key clients, retailers, and partners throughout the region.
Financial Management:
Track and evaluate regional sales performance, prepare reports, and ensure adherence to budgetary goals using CRM tools.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA will be advantageous.
Experience:
5-8 years of experience in a senior sales management role, preferably in industrial manufacturing.

Regional Sales Manager Job Duties:
