Set and report on monthly/quarterly regional sales goals
Lead regional sales team
Identify and drive new sales opportunities and pipeline growth
Develop and execute sales strategy and growth targets across regions
Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
Conduct site visits
Monitor market trends and competitor activity, sharing insights internally
Utilize and maintain sales tools and CRM systems (e.g.Salesforce)
Matric / Grade 12
Tertiary Qualification will be advantageous
Min 5 years Sales experience coupled with background in leading a sales team
Experience working with sales tools and CRM systems (e.g.Salesforce)
Between 5 - 7 Years
